Congratulations to Atalia Smith, our March 2019 Residential Employee of the Month! Atalia Smith has truly been an outstanding worker on the FACCT Unit! She attends all meetings and is always on time for her shift. Whatever is needed she does and goes out her way to help when short staffed. Atalia is always willing to jump into help with a crisis and willing to teach to our kiddo’s. Thank you Atalia for your dedication to Oesterlen’s residential department and for being a positive impact on the kiddos that we serve. You are appreciated!
